Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit or incorrect orders/sizes.

Intimates cannot be refunded due to hygiene issues.

Order changes can only be done within 24 hours from the time the order is placed.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at hello@kellyblake.co with pictures of the damaged/incorrect items, then return the damaged/incorrect item to us. Upon the receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kelly Blake is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kelly Blake will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
